TUESDAYS 7.30PM: NORTH BEACH Community Centre (20 Castle St, North Beach)
THURSDAYS 6PM: HAMERSLEY Recreation Centre (Belvedere Road, Hamersley, only 4 minutes away from Adrenaline!)
Please note: Danza Loca Zumba® classes at Adrenaline Health and Fitness have been discontinued at this time to make way for Adrenaline’s new fitness programme.

FROM ADRENALINE TO BALGA COMMUNITY CENTRE:
Exit Adrenaline turning LEFT onto Dugdale St, LEFT onto Dorchester Ave then LEFT onto BEACH ROAD.
Follow Beach Road (drive across Erindale Rd and Waneroo Rd), turn RIGHT onto Princess Rd then Right onto Camberwell Rd, venue will be on your right hand side number 81.
FROM ADRENALINE TO NORTH BEACH COMMUNITY CENTRE:
Exit Adrenaline turning LEFT onto Dugdale St, LEFT onto Dorchester Ave then RIGHT onto BEACH ROAD.
Follow Beach Road (drive across Mitchell Fwy), turn LEFT onto Marmion Ave then take the FIST RIGHT to continue onto Beach Rd, turn LEFT onto West Coast Drive then LEFT onto CASTLE st, venue will be on you right hand side number 20.
FROM ADRENALINE TO HAMERSLEY RECREATION CENTRE:
Exit Adrenaline turning LEFT onto Dugdale St, LEFT onto Dorchester Ave then RIGHT onto BEACH ROAD and take the FIRST RIGHT onto Belvedere Rd, venue will be on your left hand side straight after the roundabout.
